Here is a picture of the road heading out to the Peninsula. We drive this almost everyday. This road wasn't built until 12 years ago...which is one of the reasons why all this land (about 3,000 acres) has remained undeveloped.
Looking down at South Friars Beach (where I swim sometimes)...and at the Peninsula in the distance. Nevis is the big volcano behind the Peninsula.
(Below) This is the view looking out from the "Beach House Restaurant" we are building. The restaurant's purpose is to entertain clients -- and also give them an idea of the kind of cuisine & service, the Auberge and Mandarin will offer.
(Below) In the distance, we are also building four beachfront bungalows, that will be used to host individual couples that come to visit, and are interested in buying. You can barely see their roof tops...they are right on the sand.
