The Goats

The Goats that graze out in front of our apartment. I think they are hilarious. They know they are doing something wrong...so when they see you, they run and hide. Then they come back out and eat!

(I know this solo goat picture is sideways).

The Friday before Easter...all the kids go out to this field and fly a home-made kite. The picture didn't do it justice...the sky was filled. It was precious. (I know it's sideways too; I didn't rotate them before I imported them. Sorry).

A girl's night out in St. Kitts

A group of girls - from our IMI team, wives, and girlfriends we've met in St. Kitts - all got together for dinner one night. The women living here are awesome!

Trip to NY

I was in New York last week for a work trip. We had a few events at our IMI Club in Manhattan; and also toured the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, New York. We are planning to do the same thing in St. Kitts (build the Mandarin Oriental Hotel plus the branded Mandarin residences) so we needed to see what a completed project was like. We were able to stay at the Mandarin for one night as well...which was amazing!!

These are just a few pictures from the quick trip --

An awesome view of the city, and the Hudson River.

I met Luke's cousin's - John and Greg - for dinner and a Karaoke Party.

Weekend in Nevis

Last weekend, we took the car ferry over to Nevis (just 2 miles from St. Kitts). We stayed at a little hotel called "Oualie Beach" and spent Saturday at the Four Seasons pool. Truth be told, we were looking for prospects. But we didn't have much luck. People generally come to the Four Seasons on Nevis to 'get away from everything' and relax, and they weren't really interested in talking about buying property. But none-the-less, we enjoyed ourselves!

Uh oh, the sun is setting........just barely made it out for a picture of the Nevis Sunet.

Look at how big these crabs are! You have to be careful not to step on them at night.
